Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Family Calendar ("the Service") operated by FourhubTech ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Family Calendar is a multi-user family calendar and daily operations dashboard that aggregates calendar data from Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook, and Epic MyChart medical appointment systems into a single unified interface.

The Service is designed for personal and family use. It allows families to view, manage, and coordinate schedules across multiple calendar providers and family members.

3. Health Data Usage (Epic MyChart)

Family Calendar may connect to Epic MyChart systems to retrieve confirmed medical appointment data on your behalf. By connecting your MyChart account, you authorize Family Calendar to:

• Read your confirmed and upcoming medical appointments
• Read limited patient demographic information (name, patient ID) for identification purposes
• Display your appointments within your Family Calendar workspace

We do not read, store, or transmit your medical records, diagnoses, medications, lab results, or any other clinical health information. We access only appointment scheduling data.

Your health data is not sold, shared, or used for advertising.It is used solely to display your appointments within your family's calendar view.

4. Data Storage and Security

All data is stored in encrypted PostgreSQL databases hosted on Neon.tech infrastructure in the United States. Access tokens for third-party services (Google, Microsoft, Epic) are stored encrypted at rest.

We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS-only communication, encrypted data storage, and OAuth 2.0 for all third-party integrations.

5. User Rights — Access, Deletion, and Disconnect

You have the following rights regarding your data:

• Access: You may request a copy of your data by contacting us at privacy@familycalendar.io
• Deletion: You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time via Settings → Account → Delete Account, or by emailing us
• Disconnect MyChart: You may disconnect your MyChart connection at any time via Settings → Connected Calendars → Remove. This immediately revokes our access to your appointment data and removes all cached appointment data from our systems
• Disconnect Google/Outlook: Similarly removable at any time from Settings

6. Third-Party Services

Family Calendar integrates with the following third-party services:

• Google Calendar API (Google LLC) — for calendar synchronization
• Microsoft Graph API (Microsoft Corporation) — for Outlook calendar synchronization
• Epic Systems SMART on FHIR (Epic Systems Corporation) — for MyChart appointment data
• Anthropic Claude API — for AI-powered briefings (event data is sent to Anthropic's API)

Use of these integrations is subject to the respective providers' terms of service.

7. Acceptable Use

The Service is intended for personal and family calendar management only. You may not use the Service for commercial scheduling services, resale, or any purpose that violates applicable laws. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

8. Limitation of Liability

Family Calendar is provided "as is." We are not liable for missed appointments, scheduling errors, or data loss. The Service should not be used as the sole source of truth for critical medical or legal appointments — always verify directly with the scheduling provider.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users via email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
